• business management consulting for hotels, restaurants, cafés and their wholesale suppliers on the topic of digitization and digital tools for the operations of their businesses;
• building a b2b communication app for hotels, restaurants, cafes and their wholesale suppliers;
• managing the ordering and payment process between the aforementioned business partners via app and desktop interface;
• building API integration to the ERP systems of different gastronomy suppliers in order to automate the receival of information from their customers through the app, and in order to push additional information (for example pricing, availability) to their customers through the app interface
• project management in whole or in part in relation to points (a) to (e) above.

2. The company may engage in any business activities which it considers necessary or useful in order to foster the object of the company.

The company may establish, lease, or acquire other business undertakings within or outside its own jurisdiction, it may subscribe to shares or other participation rights, and may assume personal liability as a share-holder or the position as managing director in such other business undertakings, and it may establish or dissolve branch offices within or outside its own jurisdiction and conclude corporate agreements.
